Touring homes might be the most exciting aspect of purchasing a home but can quickly become overwhelming if you don’t have a REALTOR® who understands your needs. Keeping your needs and wants in check is crucial to a successful house hunt.
During my initial consultation with you, I take the time to listen – what factors play the biggest role in you purchasing a home? Next, we’ll find a mortgage lender that you connect and feel comfortable with. Shopping within a realistic budget will make for a much more enjoyable experience. I’ve had a few buyers tour homes before they’re pre-approved only to fall in love with a home they can’t afford and its heart breaking to see.
When you find “the one” we’ll make sure it fits within your loan type & budget and then write the offer. There are numerous components to writing an offer, it’s essential to have a REALTOR® who will walk you through it step by step. You need to know the importance of what you’re signing since it’s a legally binding contract once the seller accepts the terms.
Earnest money, inspections, loan approval, appraisal, title research are just a few components that you need to overcome before you get to the closing table. You’ll never be left in the dark when working with me. Communication is my top priority. I have a detailed buyer’s guide and emails that coincide with each step of the process, so you’re educated and informed until you get the keys.

As I walk you through the listing agreement paperwork, you'll make the call on what benefits you while I make sure all the protections are in place for you as a seller.
Finally, presenting your home at it’s absolute best is crucial as first impressions are everything. My step-by-step staging and photo prep checklists will help you through this. With your help I'll write a captivating description that compliments your homes best features and sets realistic expectations for buyers.
